If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

AI Native Labs provides:

• AI-powered course creation and management tools
• Employee training delivery via WhatsApp Business API
• Voice-based training capabilities in multiple languages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fees.

4.3 Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, and display the content solely for providing the Service.

7.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring it complies with applicable laws. We do not endorse any User Content and disclaim all liability for it.

7.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including WhatsApp Business API, cloud hosting providers, and payment processors. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Links to external websites do not constitute endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI NATIVE LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You
